SEPT 29–30  OR  OCT 27–28, 2026 PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL

Two days. One clear strategy. And an AI clone built on your real intelligence.

The 10XGen™ 2-Day Intensive. Eight seats. One studio. Two days to capture what makes you uniquely you, identify the people you most need to reach, build the campaign that connects the two, and turn it into a 90-day content system — with an AI Brain, voice and digital twin built to help you multiply it.

Your AI clone is built in the room and goes home with you.

The 30-Second Answer

What is it?

10XGen is a two-day working intensive where we build the intelligence system behind your influence.

Day One captures what is uniquely true about you — your voice, expertise, stories, judgment, proof and positioning — and identifies the people you most need to reach. Then we find the intersection between what only you can credibly say and what they genuinely need to hear.

Day Two turns that intelligence into one focused campaign, a 90-day content and activation plan, and a working AI system — including your Brain, voice and digital twin — to help you execute it at scale.

You don't leave with ideas. You leave with the system.

To be precise about what the clone is: it's a content production tool. It writes and films marketing content in your voice — videos, shorts, posts, emails — and you approve every piece before it goes out. It doesn't answer your email, talk to your customers, or make decisions for you.

Two cohorts. Same room, same outcome.

1

AI clone

Face, voice, and brain — built and rendered before you leave.

Why You Need This

Anyone can generate content now. Almost no one can command attention.

If you're here, the problem isn't effort. Your team is producing. You've run the campaigns, hired the help, maybe rebranded once already. What you don't have is one message everyone tells the same way — and enough of you to carry it everywhere it needs to go.

Everything routes through you

Your team can execute, but the message still starts and ends with you. Every campaign waits on your input, every draft waits on your approval — and your calendar was full a year ago.

Your team tells it five different ways

Ask five of your people what you do and you'll get five answers — all true, none the same. Marketing produces volume instead of momentum, and nothing lands hard enough that anyone repeats it.

AI is moving faster than you can evaluate it

Your board or your team keeps asking where you stand on it. You know it should be multiplying what you put out — not generating copy nobody would mistake for yours — but no one has the hours to work out which part is real.

Left alone, this costs you another year of marketing that doesn't compound, a message your own leadership still can't repeat the same way twice, and a market where the loudest voice wins instead of the best one. Two focused days fix the message. The clone is what keeps it in front of people.

What's Included

You don't leave with notes. You leave with a working system.

Not homework. Not a recording to watch later. Intelligence captured, decisions made, assets built, and a system that runs — all inside the two days you're here.

It gives your team one shared source of strategic direction and gives your AI system approved intelligence to work from.
Why 10XGen Is Different

Most AI starts with generation. 10XGen starts with intelligence.

Anyone can ask AI to make more content. The harder question is whether it actually knows what is true about you, who you're trying to reach, and what you can credibly say that will matter to them. 10XGen builds that intelligence first.

01

Your Brain

10XGen AI Brain™

What you know, believe, have experienced and can prove — plus how you naturally communicate it.

02

Your People

10XGen Audience Intelligence™

Who matters most, what they care about, what stands in their way, what earns their trust and what is most likely to move them.

03

The Match

10XGen Campaign Engine™

The intersection between what is uniquely true about you and what your audience genuinely needs to hear.

That intelligence becomes the campaign.
The campaign becomes the 90-day content system.
The clone helps it travel farther.
10XGen Audience Intelligence™

Great influence isn't about reaching everyone. We help identify the people who matter most, what they want, what motivates them, what stands in their way, what earns their trust and what is most likely to move them. Then we connect what is uniquely true about you with what matters most to them.

Built In The Room · Included In The Two Days

Your AI clone is trained on the intelligence you just built.

Which is what makes it worth having. It knows what is true about you, who you're talking to, and the campaign you're running, because you spent Day One building all three. Once the intelligence is right, we give it the ability to scale.

The clone doesn't decide what you believe. It multiplies what you've already decided is true.

The Handoff

One idea in. A week of on-message content out. Without you filming a thing.

About an hour a week. Bring a thought on a Tuesday morning. The Brain drafts it in your language, against your approved intelligence. You read it and approve it. The voice speaks it, the face delivers it, and you have a video, three shorts, a post, and an email — all saying the one thing you decided in the room. Every AI-generated output stays grounded in approved intelligence and passes a named human quality gate before it becomes publish-ready.

You own what we build with you. Your strategy, source material, AI Brain intelligence, approved Playbook, studio footage, voice/likeness assets, campaign plan and generated files remain yours. Every third-party production account we intentionally create for your clone is set up for your control and handoff.

Overnight: we build the system

While your voice and digital twin are processing, the 10XGen team synthesizes the intelligence captured during Day One into your AI Brain, Priority Audience Intelligence, strongest messaging intersections and candidate campaign territories. You return on Day Two with something concrete to react to, refine and approve.

Day one runs 9:00–5:00, day two wraps by 4:00 — at the 10XGen studio in Palm Beach Gardens. Everything you need to start publishing is built inside those two days.
The Studio

Honest Fit

Read this before you apply.

Eight seats means we'd rather have the right seven than a full eight. Here's who this is built for — and who should skip it.

Built for you if…

  • You're a founder, CEO, or executive director and the brand runs through you personally
  • You have a real business or organization with revenue or budget behind it
  • Something big is coming in the next 90 days — a launch, a raise, a campaign, a rebrand, an expansion
  • You'd rather leave with finished assets than a stack of frameworks to implement later
  • You can be in Palm Beach Gardens for two full days
  • You have a real path to a yes — your own call, or a board or leadership team you can champion this to

Not for you if…

  • You're pre-revenue or still deciding what the business is
  • You want a course to work through on your own schedule
  • You're philosophically against using AI in your marketing
  • You're looking for someone to hand the whole thing to and never think about it again
  • Your marketing is already clear, compounding, and scaling without you
  • The investment would strain the organization rather than come out of a budget that already exists
Who's In The Room

Strategy, story, production, and audience — at the same table.

Most rooms give you one of these. A message that lands, content that scales, and the data to reach the right people takes all three.

The Investment

$8,000 per seat. The strategy and the clone.

A fractional CMO averages around $12,000 a month. A brand and campaign strategy engagement runs $15,000–$50,000 and takes months. A clone build alone is usually a separate five-figure project. The strategy, the clone, and the plan — all included.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI clone really built in the two days?
Yes — filmed, trained, rendered, and handed over before you go home. That's only possible because the two halves feed each other: the intelligence you build on Day One is exactly what your clone is built from on Day Two, so there's no separate discovery, no waiting on a production queue. $8,000 covers both.
What exactly do I walk out with?
Three things, all finished. Your Intelligence System — your audit, 10XGen AI Brain™, Voice of Influence™, priority audience and Audience Intelligence™, messaging framework, and the strongest intersections between what only you can say and what your audience needs to hear. Your Campaign System — the Big Idea, content blueprint, activation strategy, 90-day Launch / Sustain / Convert plan and Impact Scorecard. Your Multiplication System — a verified voice model, a consented digital twin, your first approved clone video, human-vs-clone guidelines and a repeatable production workflow. Every account and file we set up for you is in your name before you leave.
Is this an AI agent or a chatbot?
No — and the difference matters. Your clone is a content production tool. It writes and films marketing content in your voice: videos, short-form cuts, social posts, emails. That's its whole job. It does not answer your email, sit on your website talking to customers, take actions inside your software, or make decisions on your behalf. Nothing it produces reaches the public until you've read it and approved it. If you're picturing something autonomous running your business in the background, that's a different product — this is a way to be in a hundred places at once with your actual message, without filming a hundred times.
Do I own the clone?
You own what we build with you. Your strategy, source material, AI Brain intelligence, approved Playbook, studio footage, voice/likeness assets, campaign plan and generated files remain yours. Every third-party production account we intentionally create for your clone is set up for your control and handoff — it runs on a small monthly software subscription billed to your own account, which is exactly what keeps control on your side. You can walk away the day it is finished and keep using it without us.
I hate being on camera. Is this still for me?
This is arguably better for you than for anyone else. You film once, in a controlled studio, with direction, lighting, and wardrobe handled, and scripts written before the camera rolls. After that your clone does the on-camera work — which for most people means going from filming almost nothing to publishing every week.
What should the clone make — and what should stay you?
Not everything should go through it, and knowing where the line sits is part of what you build in the room. Keep for yourself: the interview or podcast, the story only you can tell, a new idea the first time you say it out loud, announcements, and anything with real stakes attached. Give to your clone: the fifteen versions of a point you've already made, the questions you answer over and over, the explainer for the audience that missed it, the same idea re-cut for a different channel. On day two you write a Clone Charter that puts that line in writing — what it may say, what it must never claim, and who signs off. And yes, we disclose: you only ever clone your own face and voice, and every piece passes a named human before it publishes.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. Seats are individual, so bring as many people as you want to put in the room — a marketing lead, a development director, a co-founder. If you're bringing three or more, email us before you apply and we'll talk about multi-seat rates. Note that the clone is built per person, so we'll scope which of your leaders get one.
What if I'm a nonprofit?
Absolutely — a good number of the seats go to mission-driven organizations. The framework is identical; the language shifts from customers and revenue to donors, volunteers, and impact. It works as cleanly for a foundation or faith-based organization heading into a capital campaign as it does for a founder-led company.
What happens after the two days?
You get a post-intensive strategy review call once your 90-day plan is underway, and you leave with a working system you own outright. Most people run it themselves from there. When you want paid reach behind the campaign you just built, we can take it further together — campaign production and audience activation through our privacy-safe platform, which reaches 250M+ U.S. adults across 15,000+ attributes. That's a separate engagement, scoped to your goals, and it's where a lot of our clients go next.
Where is it, and what should I expect?
The 10XGen studio in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida — a real working studio with a boardroom for the strategy work and a full production set for filming. Day one runs 9:00–5:00 and day two wraps by 4:00, with meals provided both days. You'll get a welcome and logistics packet with the address, parking, and what to bring once your seat is confirmed.
