The 10XGen™ 2-Day Intensive is produced and sold by ElevenForty Studios LLC, doing business as 10XGen™, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, USA. 10XGen™ is a growth studio delivering an in-person, two-day strategic intensive for leaders of businesses, nonprofits, and brands.
All charges on your statement will appear as ElevenForty Studios LLC or 10XGEN. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
A single offering: one seat in The 10XGen™ 2-Day Intensive, an in-person workshop held at our studio in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, USA. Cohorts are limited to eight (8) seats. Currently scheduled dates are September 29–30, 2026 and October 27–28, 2026.

No guarantee of results. The Intensive is a strategy, production, and training service. We do not promise, project, or guarantee any specific revenue, donation, follower, engagement, or business outcome. Results depend on your market, your execution, and factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is an income claim or a business-opportunity offer.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — card details go directly to Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Seats are capped at eight, and each seat we hold is a seat we turn away. That's why the timeline below is firm — but transfers are generous, because life happens.

To cancel, transfer, or request a refund, email info@10xgen.ai. We confirm every request in writing within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your AI clone is built from your own likeness and voice, and only with your written consent.
By applying for, purchasing, or attending the Intensive, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Participants must be 18 or older. We review every application and may decline any application at our discretion; a declined applicant is refunded in full if payment was already taken.
You own your brand, your content, your Playbook contents, your likeness, your voice, and every asset produced for you. ElevenForty Studios LLC retains ownership of the 10XGen™ framework, methodology, templates, slides, and workshop materials, which are licensed to you for your own internal and commercial use — but not for resale, republication as your own curriculum, or delivery as a competing workshop.
The room is small and the conversation is candid. Participants agree not to disclose the confidential business information of other participants shared during the Intensive.
We record in the studio to produce your assets. We will not use your footage in our own marketing without your separate written permission.
We may remove any participant whose conduct is harassing, unsafe, or materially disruptive to the cohort, without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ElevenForty Studios LLC's total liability arising from or relating to the Intensive is limited to the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If we cannot deliver a cohort due to events outside our reasonable control, we will reschedule it or refund you in full, at your election.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida. Before filing anything, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter directly — email info@10xgen.ai and we will respond.
We may update these terms. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs your purchase. Material changes are posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
To review your application, take payment, deliver the Intensive and your assets, send you information you asked for, meet legal and tax obligations, and measure whether our advertising works. We do not use your data for automated decision-making about you.
Only service providers who help us operate, each handling data on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Netlify (website and form hosting), Kit (email), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement). We never sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
We use cookies and pixels from Google and Meta to understand how visitors find us and whether our ads work. You can block cookies in your browser, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google opt-out add-on, and adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings. Blocking them does not affect your ability to apply or attend.
We email you about your application, your seat, and your deliverables. If you opt in to our list, we may send occasional related material — every one of those emails has a one-click unsubscribe, and we honor it immediately.
Application and contact records: up to 24 months after last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Financial records: seven years, as tax law requires. Voice and likeness models: for the life of your engagement, or 30 days after you revoke consent.
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with the providers named above under their security controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store card data, and access to production media is limited to the crew working on your assets.
Wherever you live, you may ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), you also have the right to a copy of your data, to object to processing, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Email info@10xgen.ai and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for it.
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
